I'm having trouble logging in.
Make sure you have cookies turned on. If you don't, it won't work. Also make
sure that the date and time on your computer is correct. In an handful of
cases, the problem could be related to a problem with a proxy server, but this
is very unlikely. If you've turned cookies on and tried again to log in, and it
still doesn't work, email support
at seadirectory.com
for help.
I forgot/can't get my password!
You should be able to get it from the page where you log in. Look for a link
called 'Forgot your password?'. Click the link. And then just type in
your e-mail address and hit the 'Send' button and your password will
be whisked off to your email address. If, however, this doesn't seem to be
working, email support
at seadirectory.com
for help.
What is a "cookie"?
A cookie is a text file saved to your computer's hard drive. The text file
contains small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on your computer
when you visit certain websites. Your browser can "read" this information when
you visit the site again. A cookie cannot access your computer files or hard
drive. You will find more information about cookies and how to turn them on/off
in your browser help.
